    You will find two Vitaparcours in our immediate vicinity. The start of the course in Eich is at the Brand car park (Fit & Zwäg). The length is 3.2 km.
    The Vitaparcours Steinibüehl in Sempach starts at the romantic Steinbühlweiher and leads through the forest. Length 2.3 km. Height difference 20 metres, with 15 posts.
