Daily flat rates can be booked for 10 or more people and include the following basic technical equipment: 1 projector/screen, 1 flipchart, 1 combination board (1 side pin board without paper, 1 side whiteboard), 1 presentation case, mineral water in the plenary session. Additional equipment such as a mobile 75" TV, microphones (headest/hand microphone) or a "Maxhub" video conferencing system can be booked individually.
